Join us for a special “Daddy Duty. yoga & Play” where dads (or any awesome caregiver!) step in for a playful hour of movement, stretching, and connection with the kiddos. Think silly poses, giggles, and just the right amount of chaos ✨

Meanwhile, moms can relax at home, grab a rose, go for a walk… and simply take a moment for herself!

Because the best gift? A little time to recharge… and the kids coming home happy and tired 😌

When? Sunday, May 10, 4- 5pm (please arrive by 3:45)

Who? Dads or caregivers and kids!

What? Yoga, play, and connection

Why? Give mom a rest on her day 😌💕

Investment? $20 per adult, $5 per child.

When registering the adults, select “18” for age.
